Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been shipped.

AALA does not accept cancellation requests for custom dyed / prints items. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of the product delivered is not good, we will issue the replacement product with in 5-7 business days.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within AALA of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any refunds approved by AALA , it will take 5-7 business days for the refund to he processed to you.

We highly recommend to send us the sample of your color requirement in order to get the exact match you are looking for on a particular fabric this will eliminate all your matching worries.

We suggest that customers should be extra careful of following red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. For example, even if you your self-try to photograph from a digital camera or scan red fabrics, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor.

Though imaging technology has advanced, still no foolproof solution to this problem is available at the moment.

Many times green and blue also overlap, same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
